So they've finally released a trailer for this game, which looks pretty bitchin' to me. ;D I especially like the new goof-weapon. By the looks of it, it launches a disco ball that makes enemies dance. (Distraction stuff) Just means I'll spend hours on the same level constantly hitting R1 and laughing my ass off! R&C: ToD Teaser

It's ok. R&C just isn't my style... seems like they try too hard to be funny. I appreciate more subtle humor. That, and the lil kids constant jabber about it has made it, kinda unappealing.
Trailer-wise though, how much of that is actual gameplay? - most of that, if not all, looks pre-rendered. They did a good job on making an interesting trailer.

I am going to tell all of you what this game really is about. About Future Tools of Destruction Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction marks the beginning of a brand-new series of next-generation games for our gadget-building hero, Ratchet, and his brainy robotic sidekick, Clank. They soon discover the details of the mastermind behind the attack: Emperor Percival Tachyon, a being known as a "Cragmite". They learn that Tachyon's race has been waging an epic war against the Lombaxes (Ratchet's race) for generations. Ratchet has never known anything of his past, his family, or his Lombax origins. And no one, not even Clank, can fill that void. Unfortunately for Ratchet, someone else is equally interested in Ratchet's origins: Emperor Percival Tachyon. In his thirst for revenge, the vile tyrant of an ancient race of foul insect-like monsters called Cragmites has festered an age-old grudge and is bent on wiping the last-known Lombax off the universe! So I bought this game a few days after it came out, and it's GREAT. It's pretty much the most fun R&C game yet, and I highly recommend it to anyone with a PS3. But it does have quite the amount of glitches...I found plenty on my first play through. (But they're nothing you can't get over for the game.) ;D

hmm so this one is actually entertaining? lol ahh i never really got into the series so much. i much preferred the humor in Jak & Dax stuff.....most of the time R&C seemed to either try too hard...or just not enough. wow if ya found so many glitches so easily you think they could of stomped those out before release. but they do have a deadline I'm sure....and as long as it isn't the "auto save glitch of death" then i guess it's something ppl can live with.
