I've only looked around for a few minutes before my computer froze. Those are the candy bars they found in the hatch, right? And there's those damn jeeps coming up again...

What bar where? The damn site is full of bars! And it says 'Enjoy by Oct 23-06'.....I wonder if something is going to happen then.... And why doesn't "the man" show his picture? That site make me want to kill the 60s or 70s or whatever it's trying to be!

My guess is that 'the Man' also has a deep tie in the storyline of the upcoming season 3. Plus, I thought that season 3 started on October 23rd. Edit: The candy bar may have something in it that could trigger these special things in children. Perhaps the same 'something' in the candy bar was supposed to be injected into Claire's baby. And I remember reading/hearing about a Hot-air balloon that crashed on the island, and there's a hot-air balloon in the picture for the 'company' page.

the big candy bar... in the center when you first visit the site. The more you click on it.. the wrapper opens and then it gets all eaten..

It does start with 'wh'.....that's strange. It doesn't say Apollo, that's for sure.

"The candy bar may have something in it that could trigger these special things in children. Perhaps the same 'something' in the candy bar was supposed to be injected into Claire's baby. " If Hanso is putting money in Apollo's pockets, then this 'Apollo Bar' can't be something good.

Something to think about, courtesy of lostpedia.com:
--On apollocandy.com, the image of the candy bar has an expiration date of October 23, 2006, exactly two years after the bar Kate ate.
--The website features an image of a balloon flying toward the sun - there is no reference for this image within the text.
--The fact that this is the ONLY item of food that is not contained or wrapped in a black and white Dharma Initiative covering, it may be a pointer to observe it more closely. With this in mind, and the obviously mythological elements behind LOST, it may seem logical to think about the name of the chocolate bar 'APOLLO'...seem familiar? It should, because this is the name of the Ancient Greek God and seems to be a prominent theme within LOST, in paticular, the Swan. Look at this quote: "Sacred to Apollo are the swan (one legend says that Apollo flew on the back of a swan to the land of the Hyperboreans, he would spend the winter months among them)"

Did anybody else notice that at the bottom of the screen it reads this?: The Apollo Candy Company is a subsidiary of The Hanso Group. To find out more about The Hanso Group`s philanthropic projects, please visit us on the web at www.thehansofoundation.org. What I find odd is that in the sentece, "To find out more about The Hanso Group`s philanthropic projects,...", Group`s has a tilde rather than an apostraphe. ' ` And is it just me, or do the pictures of the boy and mouth move? (Like, does the boy slightly close his mouth, and the open mouth slightly pull away) Or am I just seeing things?

I don't know about the ' thing. Maybe someone screwed up. Funny though, when you first enter the flash and click on the candy bar, it cycles through it's images one way, but once you go to the other links like, 'the man,' 'the bar,' whatever, and then click on the Apollo name... it takes you back to the 1st screen, but this time the bar cycles at a different angle. All I know for certain.....is I want some f'in chocolate right now! There better be some in the house...

Hopefully they will actually release these candy bars to the public as clues...sort of. Plus it'd be another addition of realism to the puzzle. ;D
Edit: Also, no one would mistake an apostraphe from a tilde like that. Hell, they're on complete opposite sides of the keyboard!
