Agreed.
But my question would be how often are phone games good?

heh...phone games....what a joke. Turning 'em into mp3 players and cameras are already going far enough.... You simply can't fit a good game (that was made for a gaming console) on a phone and have it turn out awesome. Ummm...that's why people spend hundreds of dollars on a portable gaming system.

Agreed. But my question would be how often are phone games good? I just mean that I don't want them to blow it all up into something enormous, kind of like Square did with all the Final Fantasies, which are now shit. Along with Microsoft and Halo...it's not as great as they make it seem. The only good part is multiplayer, and you have to pay for it. =/

It's an interesting idea, and it's always nice to hear about another title in a franchise that kicks absolute ass. Unfortunatly... on a phone... bleh. I don't see how it's supposed to live up to the standards of the previous ones. Sure, you can get immersed in gameplay and story on a home console or portable game device... but a phone is really pushing it. And it's decent graphics for a phone, but reminds me of the old Genesis/SNES days of sidescrollers... that by the current game standards, have been long gone. Even for being new, it would probably feel dated when played. And people are usually talking/messaging on phones, not gaming. It's as ridiculous as watching movies on a phone. Gimme my big screen and surround sound, cause when I play- I play. But, we'll find out how successful it'll be once it's released. It might be great or simply overlooked- either way it couldn't bring down the greatness of the GoW franchise. I'm just spoiled on nice-looking 3D games....
