That could be a good thing!
But no, you don't have to keep it set up like that. Just for testing- that is, if that little switch doesn't help. Try it again! *crosses fingers*

The ps2 tested successfully when it was directly connected to the modem? --edit-- Haha, Mello. You beat me to it.

It worked with a direct link but failed with the bridge. I'm going to plug the bridge into the mac and attempt to maybe format it somehow...I'll be offline briefly.
ERGH! What does it want from me!?!?

Ok, so this means the problem lies with the wireless router/bridge. It could be that something is interfering or the signal can't reach it, or the wireless parts aren't wanting to work together/ not configured properly.

Yep, definitley the bridge/router. But how can I configure it? Maybe it's because only one device can ues the wifi link at a time?

What does it want? Your soul. This is really odd that it won't do anything for you from the bridge. But then again, wireless is a risky route to take. Weird things can happen. Take ShadowHUNTER, and his straw hat. Anytime there's more than 4 people in the room, (Each having headsets), there will be 2 people who can't hear him. (Well, they can, but he breaks up...A LOT.) (And if there's 5, 1 can't hear. But 6 people with two no-micers has no affect at all, because there are only 4 headsets.)

ok, I'm about to blow something up it can have my soul. wait, i gave that away a while back... I was hoping it would work after I killed AirPort, so there would be no wifi devices running, but that didn't work...

I would just take the easy way out with a long ethernet cable. (Even though mine's running through walls and the attic to get to my room...)

No way. I bought this stuff and I intend to get it to work! Well, I might end up playing with my PS2 connected to the modem tonight...

I don't have much experience with the wifi stuff (I've always went the cable route) but I think many things are supposed to worka t the same time. I guess, to test that, try only having the ps2 on- using the internet.
For configuring your bridge and that, I guess check the manuals? What bridge are you using?
