does the bridge have a adhoc or infrastructure switch on it? cause see I have one of these puppies and I had a similar problem until I realised it was on adhoc mode, when its supposed to be on infrastructure

Does it look like this? --edit-- Ok, then. For whatever reason, the linksys site wants to be extremely slow. This site might be helpful.

Is the back 'cross over' switch on the X position?
And is it set to 'infrastructure'?
I think it's hard to configure it without the disc, but there's supposed to be a web utility to do that too, but Linksys doesn't have it anymore. Maybe I can find a download of the utility somewhere. *rummages around*

Ok, I think we're on the right track. This page talks about a problem very similar to the one you have. Read through it and try doing what it suggests. If you don't understand what it says (some of it is a bit technical) then just ask what you need clarified. And its specifically for the Mac tooAnd to configure it, you shouldn't need the disc. Just hook it to your computer (preferably without an internet connection active) with an ethernet cable, open a web browser, and type in it's address into the url bar. It should be something like, 192.168.1.225 That should open a page with the settings, waiting to be configured

Nothing. Nothing! AND MORE NOTHING! I'm about to start ripping my eyes out... I might have to get another brigde that will work. I really hope you can help me to get this one to work. I was able to mess around with it on my Windows computer but I STILL can't get anything. Maybe it's because the PC isn't connected to any network. I don't know anymore! See you all tomorrow. EDIT: I WIN! TECHNOLOGY IS NO MATCH FOR THE LIKES OF ME! I'll be seeing you guys. Very soon.

I got a new Jak X game. However, it's not the greatest hits version. Even though that was the display box, they gave me an older version. DAMN! see you soon

Well... those bunch of BUMS! It would've been nice to get the greatest hits version. Since it's the older one, if you have an extra memory card, then it would be a good idea to back up your save file. You never know if you'll get the save glitch. But since you have an older ps2, there's a good chance you might be alright. Knowing your luck though....... So have you tried online with the new disc yet?
